1. That link literally accuses google maps looking similar on ios and android. It looked the same on the internet before the iphone came out. Should firefox sue apple? 2. Last time I checked Ford made black and white cars two. Did apple copy ford? In fact the lg prada was black! Its just that god invented color not apple. 3. That is the vzw voice recording app that I have seen on phones from 2005, before the iphone. 4. I don't know if you missed it but samsung uses the universal micro-usb port now. 5. Oh no the boxes look the same. Too bad the carriers used white boxes before the iphone existed. 6. On the second one, it is an itouch and a samsung media player. I am not sure if it is saying they look the same (the media player is taller thinner and more rounded. Also has home screens and an app drawer and more custimazation.) or that they both used the concept of having alll the features of an iPhone/android but were not phones. Which is to broad a concept to copyright. 7. I will not argue the first point as I am not one hundred percent sure what the mini mac did, nor what samsung did. This proves the in accuracy of the tumblr. The other limks will be disputed in other comments.

I went into a Microsoft store, and they had tables as well as electronic devices (phones and tablets) neatly arranged into little sections. Also the employees were all wearing the same T-shirts. /I guess you're right taco . . ./

Did they have it layed out exactly like an Apple store with the same color wood tables and employees wearing the same uniform as Apple employees? I didn't write the article btw

You're right, you didn't write it. The article actually makes sense. However, I still don't get the fuss about the whole store thing. Apple didn't patent that...Oh no, they have a neat, organized layout of their devices with the employees wearing the same outfit. Kinda like...every single electronic retail store in the world. You get nothing! You lose! Good day, sir!

This link i will not bother to dispute as there are 140 comments of people explaining the flaws in the legal system and you accusing them of being wrong. Just read some of the commemts in that article. You mightsee the flaws in the U.S legal system if you read the comments. I will give you two though the ability to scroll is a basic ability that should not be able to be patented because it is to easy to argue..... A tap is a zero length scroll (I know the claim was swipe, but it fits for this to.).... You moved your finger and the image reacted. I'm suing you. The same thing applies to a basic usage of slide to unlock. It is not even invented by apple and therfore should not be patented. Apple will essentially use those patents to sue any touch screen device. Therefore they could be considered monopolistic and would not be granted in a proper legal system. You want a good legal system look at the U.K. They even blocked acta for us. :)

I don't even bother clicking on the links: they are just fuel for his anti-Android stance. Especially the other PA article; that's got him all over it blabbering on and on about how everyone steals from Apple. Apple stole from everybody, Steve Jobs was not afraid to admit he stole. Why are all the iFans afraid to admit it, too?

I should read Internet troll comments and ignore a ruling by a court of law?

Not all courts but the U.S court. There is areason that while the U.S. is still banning android, other countries are forcing apple to change or be banned.(Italy, Australia, etc.) The U.S. patent system is flawed. They are lazy and do not always no as much about tech as an internet troll. For phone sources I would rather trust someone who works with ios and android, than with someone who does not even know the difference between them.

Here taco, let's play it this way... if it is okay to make a defamatory statement about Samsung out of context of the subject matter at hand (which is limited to the Galaxy Nexus and Tab 10.1 respectively) then the reciprocal must also be true. Apple has also lost such cases in the past. Since a true statement is a true statement, regardless of context, well then Apple is a lying, IP infringing thief. Aren't you so glad you got that win? Give ya a warm fuzzy?

Stolen what exactly? Someone invented the toothbrush and there are loads of different brands of toothbrush on the market! I don't see anyone suing the other companies, do you? That is the nature of competition and as they say imitation is the best form of flattery. Compete by making a product that is superior and people tend not to buy copy cat products. Competition NOT litigation is what makes a manufacturer great and the beneficiaries are the customers. Lack of competition means everyone loses. Apple get over yourself, I was thinking of getting the iPhone 5 and have a foot in both camps, I have owned pretty much most top range droids as well as iP3G, iP4 and iP4S but think I will be planting both my feet firmly and squarely in the Android camp for one reason and one reason alone...Cupertino's stupid litigious nature.

Imagine if Apple were in the toothbrush business.... We would probably be brushing our teeth with hair bushes...or all using Apples tooth brush. What makes all this soo their famous '1984' commercial. They are really, really hypocrites....really.

Hard to believe that Apple has gone this low. To call a major competitor a counterfeiting stealing pirate is something a fanboy would do. Not professional at all. Given that Nexus 7 will be the best "android" tablet at the $200 price point for some time why waste your energy on a archaic Samsung tablet that was already replaced. I think Apple is gearing up for a very bad quarter and their trying to find any excuse to tell the media why they sucked in the third quarter. Does anyone believe that banning a year old tablet based on looks will increase iPad sales?

Apple accusing Samsung of stealing...I can't help but laugh my ass off at that. That is all I have to say.
