Tim Cook might not be CEO of apple much longer if iphone sales drop and can't keep growing at 30% yoy.

And his bonus was probably 500 million dollars. We all know he only got 10 million because he was evading taxes.

No, it really isn't. What Tim Cook has done to the business world may not make him #23 for the Bulls, but he is definitely #23 for the Cavs. Jobs started the greatest turnaround in business history, but Cook has the two best fiscal quarters in all of business history. The growth under Tim Cook anywhere else would be considered legendary, but the man lives in the shadow of Jobs, and he doesn't seem to mind. We should all be as humble and generous as the man who heads the world's most valuable company, because there are plenty who do less who aren't.

Of course he did. Ask Apple engineers, how much they made last year. I am sure a fraction of that.

maybe not even 1% of that :-/

All engineers in all corporations do earn a fraction of their CEO's earnings. So what's your point?

He must've got more than that. It's ridiculous. Mayweather made $300mln last year.. 30 times more, for fighting once in the whole year.. Not even working for the highest valued company in the world.

You people supporting Cook are very naive. Look at their stock, look at the trouble they're in with DOJ and other things overseas. Tables have turned on Apple and the lawsuits are hitting them with much more frequency as opposed to the past. The iWatch hasn't been that great, the 6s and ipad pro have not met expectations. Their stock is plummeting. Apple music is a flop and now they're talking about getting rid of the aux jack. If they don't pick up things this year people will be calling for Cook's resignation by the end of the year. It's not subjective, investors have a very loud voice. All they've done is copy Android and makers of Android phones. Yes, Cook has given in in places that Jobs did not, but none of it has been innovative.
