I also have the same phone and it doesn't crash..see post 54 above.. As for Touchwiz and Note series, note series will be a complete joke without touchwiz. It would be like HTC One Max- just and enlarged phone.. And I still don't know that my galaxy s5 doesn't lag or all the internet sites are just trolling!! It just works great..

As iOS users. I am confused with all the discussion with all android users. Others like TouhWiz and others don't like TouchWiz because laggy, buggy, bloated gimmick. Which is the true statement between you and them as android users?

thats the beauty of android... we have option of discussing/arguing/experimenting within the same plateform unlike boring ios

ok, let me give you a plausible explanation... My Pc works buttery smooth while using office, ie, mozilla, chorom, games etc... same system slow down(lag) dramaticly sometime while using autocad, 3dmax, eagle point and sometime photoshop as well during complex art works... same can be applied to the features of touchwiz, some features are really useful but have heavy coding which result as a load on Cpu... may be this is the reason of what they called lagging

It depends on Sammy hater as well.. Sammy haters find touchwiz too laggy than reality..in reality, it just works.. If u want to take a photo, it just works as fas as other highend flagships..if you want to surf internet or call or do whatever you want, it just works and won't be annoying..this lag thing is just an excuse to hate..

That's actually pretty quick. The official update to nexus devices isn't till late next month. Then again Samsung had usually been quick with android updates, the problems always arose. With carrier branded devices in the US. Which is why I plan on just buying an unlocked international version of the Note 4, which also comes with the exynos processor. If not ill go with the s6

Yep that the problem those dam carriers .will the international note 4 edge work with t-mobile LTE not hspa

if Samsung gets it out to their phones that soon Motorola will probably have it out the day after Nexus devices get it. ;)

If you've been following the 4.4.4 touchwiz updates for the S4 at XDA, you'll learn that it's a big disappointment. Samsung is basically just updating the system part of it but not touchwiz. S4 community was hoping for a new touchwiz + updated apps found on the S5 but that's not happening. Good thing is you can still flash them :) We'll see what Samsung ends up doing with L on the S4s. Maybe I'll have my Note 4 by then.

Thanks for the memo. Things had been suspiciously quiet about that. I'm sure the s4 could run the new touchwiz too...

Not true. Galaxy S2 received the TouchWiz UX 2.0 from the Galaxy S3 in the 4.1 JB update.

Samsung is quiet on 64bit part so I dont think they have any real plan behind 64bit at the moment

So you're talking about that Samsung will lock the Note 4 Exynos variant down to 32-bit even with the Android L update ? I don't think so. If you have another opinion say it I love to hear more about the Note 4

I am not saying that they will lock it down but probably they are not going to fully utilize the potential of 64bit computing at the moment

It's locked down at the firmware level. Otherwise, the SD variant buyers would be pissed.

The only thing holding me back from getting any Android device is Imessage, even though you all might think it is not important I use it so much and would rather use imessage than text, and Imessage has so many more features so if Android came out with something like Imessage I would definitely get an Android phone.

So late. What's taking so long? 4.4 is starting to look really dated compared to iOS8 and WP8.1

This will be for non-US models. The US based ones will maybe get it by Q2 of next year.
