Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update for HTC One X is rolling out globally
HTC One X is getting the latest 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update this side of a Nexus device globally, and those with CID_038 or CID_044 in Europe, Asia or Africa, should check for software updates in their settings app to see if it's hit their handset.

As usual, the update requires a small 1.6 MB download, just like the previous 4.1 update, and then the next run will ask if you want to install the massive 364.54 MB 4.1.1 Jelly Bean goodness with the accompanying HTC Sense 4+.

The carrier versions will probably go into next month or even next year with the update, as it takes some time for these new software versions to be tested and rubberstamped.
