Don't really like the official Facebook app for Android? You may want to check out Friendcaster, which just got a major UI overhaul and jumped up to version 5.0...

It has ads or adds? Because they are 2 very different things.

DAMMIT! Do you have to have a Chuck Norris avatar? Thumbing up no less? You could post that you rape tiny chickens and I have no choice but to thumbs up your post.

I've seen FriendCaster and have used TweetCaster as well. I wasn't a fan of TweetCaster, so I uninstalled it. The official Facebook app for Android works fine, so long as you have an Android phone that can run it properly. On my Samsung Intercept, the official Fb app can run either really good or really bad depending on how it wants to act.

the official Facebook app is simple and gets the job done. I wonder why people shower it with 1 star ratings.

Facebook app is meh and actually gets laggy at times. I'm sure mostly everyone here has gotten the bug of someone elses profile pic being on a different friends feed. I like this app way better than the official app. I do agree the ads suck but hey, people gots ta get paid u kno?
