Get out troll. Nobody in their right mind would pay premium price for a crappy iGadget. p.s. I am not an Android fan boy.

Well my iPhone 6 plus seems to have gotten really laggy after the new updates so now I'm using my old note 2 and will never buy an iPhone ever again. Keep in mind that my note 2 is 2 years older than my iPhone 6 plus

"Nobody in their right mind would pay premium price for an Android device." You'd be surprised.

We pay less and get more so that it actually is a premium device. Not like OEMs like Sony and Apple who sell garbage amd pretends its premium.

Hey android fanboys apple will show in september what good design looks like. Samsung is just giving attention to stupid things like VR and gimmick curved screen.

Hopefully you're right. Apple and good design haven't been a thing for awhile now.

Hey Apple fanboy, Samsung is just getting started. The Note 8 will implement good design AND functionality. Apple is just now having water resistance when Samsung had it 3 years ago.

Water resistance on phones date all the way back to 2013. Yet apple still needed 3 more years to get that "perfect" IP67 rating. It's meh in my opinion. I'm contented with the IP58 rating of my Z1c.

VR is stupid? Curved screen is gimmick? I think you are stupid.

Bad design lol. It's because it's missing a stinking fruit logo?

I'm not a Samsung fan, I'm actually considering g6 for my next phone, but sometimes I don't understand hates some people like you have on Samsung, to me, they try to be more innovative than any other phone makers in the market now, I was excited for new phones at MWC but they are good but not even close to what Samsung may offer, just a bunch of phones with a bit of design difference, some with larger bezel some with smaller bezel, some with a bit better camera and a bit different UI, whether Samsung succeeds it or not, Samsung's new plan to change the way people use their phones by Bixby is a bold move because Samsung put 5k engineers just for that feature, and they don't give up on things like curve tv, foldable phones.....whether it succeeds or not, it's been always Samsung's role to take risky action while others sit there and watch, when something works then everybody tries to ride on it with undercutting price or some weird s**t

Worse design ever, bends in your pocket, updates break things and needs more updates, biring UI, so fast it crashes, lower IP rating, no advanced features. Nobody im there right mind would pay premium price for an iOS device.

Don't me mad at us that you are too poor and uneducated to buy an Android phone.

3 more days to the official release..this is the time when the comments section becomes really lit

Don't tell me the camera is the same as the one on s7 and Samsung is really going through with that tiny battery capacity. They can at least add something like britecell, or removed their gimmicky all dual pixel AF system which seems to degrade low light images. Or go with a better sensor. This device seems DOA. Good thing I'm not upgrading this year.

I hate the screen size and yeah what you mentioned about britecell AND the battery size. Will they finally use they 8MP isocell front shooter announced a while ago?

19. Tyrion_Lannister unregistered

I couldn't care less about the front camera TBH. But yeah, they are most likely using that.

It seems that odd numbers are the refined versions. Not seeing an upgrade in the camera department will be a shock.

The S6/Note 5 used the same sensor as the Note 4

DOA? You are complete and utter moron. This will be the best selling Android device this year by a landslide.

It's official... That blue is Robo Copped!!!

Galaxy S7 had 1.4 UM sized pixels too right? Even if it's the same camera, 835 ISP should help improve IQ a good amount from the S7

18. Tyrion_Lannister unregistered

It might improve the speed of capture, but I think that sensor was used to the limit with the S7 already. The major issue was halving of the pixel size due to dual pixel AF, and the real pixel size is closer to 1 micron, though there are 2 of them to supersample. I personally would prefer a newer sensor, britecell and dual pixel AF gone for good and they returning to the good ol' phase detection with fewer AF pixels, since the pixel focuses in roughly the same time without compromising on image quality.

I think they're going that way, that's probably why they included laser AF this time.

36. Tyrion_Lannister unregistered

They included laser AF? I don't believe that.

I got a question. When you had (or if not take this as a would you question) a galaxy phone did you root it purposefully for functionality over features?
