AT&T Mobile Transfer now available for Windows Phone

Just got your hands on the new Nokia Lumia 900 on AT&T and need to get all your goodies transferred over quickly? No worries! AT&T has just brought its Mobile Transfer App to Windows Phone.

AT&T took to Twitter the other day to announce the launch of the Windows Phone flavored version. The AT&T Mobile Transfer app allows you to wireless upload up to 2GB of contacts, photos and videos from your old phone onto AT&T’s servers. You then have 7 days to retrieve the data from your new device.

In addition to the new Lumia 900, the app works on a whole variety of Android, iPhone, BlackBerry, and even feature phones. A full compatibility list can be viewed at AT&T’s website. To get started, simply text “TRANSFER” to 6583 from a supported device to download the app or search in your platform’s respective app store.
