6 cool new live wallpapers for Android from 2015

Let's face it: Good live wallpapers for Android are hard to come by. They also almost never come for free – work went into them, and the developers behind them expect to be remunerated for their efforts. That's fair, but only if we're actually getting something worthwhile in return.

With that in mind, we set out to identify and pick a few of the really good ones from 2015. In case it wasn't clear so far, our search took longer than we were expecting, for the Play Store is littered with downright dodgy live wallpapers that introduce unwanted ads and offer crappy visuals. We managed, to isolate a handful, however, and while they'll cost you a buck or two, there's a good chance that you'll enjoy them.

Let's take a look!

Minima is nice......but my Note 3 battery can't handle any gyro wallpapers. This gsiff daemon turns on and kills my battery until I remove the live wallpaper and reboot my phone.

I made a wallpaper called "Quantum Cloud" which totally does not kill your battery, on my Nexus 4 it does not even show up in the statistics
