Not unless they ditch that Exynos and tune One UI/Experience UI/TouchWiz better

Are you only referring to the Exynos version? Ever since my Note 8's been updated to Pie my battery life is like it was when it was brand new. I take my phone off the charger at 5 AM & it's at 50% by 5 PM.

When was the last time you used a Samsung phone?

This could be the first year since the Note 4 that I consider getting a Note device. I have been using my Stylo 4 as a backup and though I don't use the stylus very often, I admit, it does come in handy on occasion. That battery is looking mighty good as an iPhone user lol.

That S-Pen has become very important for me man, I use it a lot. Only Notes, and iPhones for me.

Most Samsung Note users, don't use the stylus on the daily. Just liek many phoen have features you don't use on the daily. But it comes in handy when you need it, which is exactly what we've been telling you every year since the Note came out. The stylus is simply another form of input and there are times where a pen/pencil is a better form of input then a finger. Yes on a phone you can most certainly write with your finger. But you cannot write with your finger with the exact same accuracy or quality. But after years of hating on the Note and claiming its just an S with a pen, maybe you've woken up to the fact the Note is unique and the pen is more than a gimmicky toy.

I'm still using the note 4, I love it that much. I buy batteries from the same guy every year on ebay, and they are great. Always come charged at 50% which is good, and they are new. The phone has 3gigs of ram which is one less than today's pixels. 2k screen. Still runs fast enough for me. Long live the mighty note 4

"By the time the Galaxy Note 9 was launched last year, the Galaxy Note 7 debacle was forgotten by most consumers allowing the manufacturer to equip it with a 4000mAh battery." Yet PA keeps reminding us that over and over again :))))

Its part of history just like how fold fails in two days. Now Samsung should fix it asap for primetime. Imagine if those folds were in the hands of users and suddenly in no time stop working.

This entire comment makes no sense. You mean to tell me when an issue is over it's still worth bringing up? Try that in your relationship, both as the initiator & the recipient & let me know how that works.

He's not in a real relationship. His only relations have been with his iPhone.

You mean like how many iPhone's have stopped working right after people have bought them?

Right. Almost 3 years later & they still bring it up & guess what; when the Note 10 launches they'll bring it up again. SMH.

Nor do they have too. And we have better fodder to use if we wanted too. How many iPhone's have killed people and destroyed property? iPhone has burned down houses, electrocuted its user to death, and caused an airplane to go down and flames and kill everyone inside. All 66 people were killed.https://observer.com/2018/05/iphone-caught-fire-caused-2016-egyptian-plane-crash-lawsuit/ The Note 7 has 5M units sold with the 2 batches and out of them, only 100 showed any issue, and only 62 actually ever caught fire. None of them killed anyone, and it has been confirmed no property was every destroyed. A couple people were injured. Injured is far different than died.

I'm not a fan of big smartphones, but those who love big smartphones for them, a note is ideal.

That's how I felt about the first 2 Notes & partially about ther Note 3 until I got it.

"The Samsung Galaxy Note was the first smartphone to carry a 5-inch display." Yes, the Note surely popularized and paved the way for screen sizes of 5" and above, but the first was the Dell Streak.

I plan on preordering the larger Note 10 Pro 5g as soon as its available. Still waiting on confirmation of 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 1 TB UFS 3.0 availability. I just hope they don't gimp it like the S10 5g.

2019 now we should have long battery life in all phones....seems companies will soon start pricing phones by the amount of battery life expected from the devices

I have a feeling the note 10 won't have a notch. Let's wait and see I guess. Cant wait for this.

The Note10 will have a very slightly refined design of the Galaxy S10

Well, the S10 doesn't have a notch. Now, I would mind the design of the A80 with its rotating camera.

We can. It's just depending on who's talking about it determines whether the talks are positive or negative.

PA: Samsung Galaxy Note 11 has come out and has redefined what we think about smartphone's. They managed to put a 5600mah battery inside a 6.7inch screen with a screen to body ratio 93%. They have really come along way since the Note 7 that literally bombed. Even the Airlines didn't allow these devices on planes what a mess. But we are so glad people have forgotting about how Samsung had to carrier the Note 5 for an extended period of time and offer longer update support for it's aged flagship.

PA: Samsung Galaxy Note 15 has come out and has altered the mindset of what we think about electronic devices in our lives. They managed to put a flexible battery inside a stretchable display with 98% screen to body ratio. They have really come along way since the Note 7 that literally bombed. Even the Airlines didn't allow these devices on planes what a mess. But we are so glad people have forgetting about how Samsung had to carrier the Note 5 for an extended period of time and offer longer update support for it's aged flagship.

If it's reviewed by you guys than the battery life will be ok and not great.
