my mom went from being a faithful blackberry customer with sprint to a my touch 3G with 3.5mm jack at t-mobile and we both love her phone. I'm actually getting this phone tomorrow. Never had an android but am used to windows mobile touch and the comparison is ridiculous. the my touch doesn't freeze or slow down half as much as my HTC Touch Pro2 or TouchPro so I'm definitely enjoying playing around with her MyTouch 3G until I recieve mine and the Android web-apps are much more streamlined than Windows Mobile web apps (i.e. facebook and twitter) GREAT PHONE! Would Recommend it to anyone!
