I have to disagree about the incoming sound quality. While it might be a little high pitched, compared to most other phones in the price rage the clarity is awesome! No more jumbled ring-back tones when calling someone and I've stopped asking "What?" after every other sentence. I love this phone, it's a bit slow at times but it's a PHONE not a computer :)

There must be a little gremlin that runs around your office recharging phones, because the battery life on my Shadow is awful. Even if I stop all running programs, turn off bluetooth and wifi and forward all calls to my landline, the battery still doesn't last more than a day. This was pointed out in other reviews as a known problem.
