Probably won't work as 3G/HSDPA/UMTS in Philippines since it doesn't seem to have 2100 UMTS?

... and of course the de facto question ... "Will it blend?" ^_^

I want to buy this Samsung Rugby Smart phone (for GSM usage). Any idea as to how long I will have to wait to get this phone here in India? any suggestions for other sets?
