I agree. The choice and quality of materials on the RAZR is absolutely amazing. I still have not decided yet but I think I am more excited about an ICS RAZR than the Nexus. I hate how cheap and light Sammy's feel but they are selling so they definitely have many fans.

Nobody mentions how well the mirror mode through the hdmi/USB dongle works....

With everyone so excited for this marvel of Android goodness, I am really glad it seems to have been worth the wait. There are so many top shelf Androids on deck for ICS, it is good to see the kick off being so well reviewed.

How much fun is the Android Army fixing to have now???

Still weird they reported a browser that is behind the iphone 4s when all benchmarks and youtube videos show that the nexus is unmatched. For rest, I agree

Nice review. And I agree stop comparing iphone to this phone its really unfair as the nexus is on a whole different level of advancement. Now let's release it already vwz!

I am sorry, but this phone is way too big. I think a 4 inch screen would have been a perfect size.

looks like for PA, even for 10 rated phone, there are no phone better than iphone.....i mean 4s got 8.5, and always mentioned in this review........and always won in comparison !!!!! wow pa really is iphone fanboy..........8.5 phone better than 9.5........

133. vette21man posted on 29 Nov 2011, 12:19 2

OH......MY....GOD

Did you even RTFA or watch the video?

They mentioned iPhone 4S once at the end as an alternative, and that's it. They are not iPhone fanboys, and their last few reviews have been VERY fair.

Please dive head first into a noose.

139. TheGreatXavi posted on 29 Nov 2011, 19:10 1

once?? 4s mention in screen resolution, camrea, video, interface, conclusion..........once? do you even f*ckin read????

Please dive your ass idiot., you and PA are iphone fanboy...

Android is like a Porsche, but iPhone is the Ferrari...
That´s why the iPhone is allways the term of comparison, it´s the best, and everybody tries to anchieve iPhone... And remember, if the iPhone never appeared, there was no Android...

ROFL, @ "Android is like a Porsche, but iPhone is the Ferrari..."

What else are they supposed to compare against? If you don't have an android device you have a iphone.... Would you rather have them compare to a winmo device or RIM?

Finally a realistic review.

140. henrickrw posted on 29 Nov 2011, 19:13 2

Well. At least a decent score but...... I still rather my GS2

You won't find an SD slot on the outside. Or indeed, the inside. Ridiculously, this – the flagship Google handset which is so set up as a media device – has been crippled by having NO expandable memory. Words fail . And they may fail you when you realise that 16GB internal storage is your lot.

Maybe, just maybe I´ll get myself one. I doubt TIOMAP is faster than Exynos.

This review is an EPIC JOKE...
9.5??? LMFAO!!!
Please PA, explain in what you have based this score? Only because the ICS, because the hardware is absolutely common...
Like I said, epic joke...

Hows the camera on it?

150. dan-Machead posted on 20 Jan 2012, 09:41 5

I am confused. How does this phone score 9.5 and the iPhone 4S only scores 8.5?
The comparison seems to confirm my belief that the review is biased (or at least badly done)
Take the screen. The nexus phone is better because it’s bigger? This is nonsense. Try reading text on both and tell me honestly which is better. If bigger is better for watching movies perhaps, but otherwise all it does is make the phone overly big and drains the battery. I can watch a movie on a phone if I am stuck but give me a tablet any day.
Next take the operating system. IOS 5 blows it out of the water in every respect. (iCloud, iTunes match, superbly polished interface, iBooks, numerous features that I cannot be bothered to type). Android is copying some of the IOS5's neater aspects, but still a long way behind. Although Android does do widgets! Yawn. If I really need a constant reminder of what the weather is doing, then there is something seriously wrong in my life. The reviewer mentions some crap about having email on screen? What’s that about? I mean do you have to click the screen to view your emails or not? How is that different from clicking an icon on an iPhone? Again more nonsense.
Camera, no discussion really needed, the iPhone is vastly superior in every respect.
What about battery life. I can get a full days usage with my iPhone 4S, anyone ever manage this on a Nexus? Honestly? Heavy usage? Tell the truth.
Let’s talk about the size of this thing, it like carrying a tablet. I think the iPhone is too big and thick, but it is dwarfed compared to the Nexus.
Storage, the max is 32Gb compared to 64GB on the iPhone. Which is better?
Let’s talk about looks and feel. I'd say the iPhone is the best looking (and feeling) product ever made, bar none. The Nexus feels and looks cheap in comparison. Is this important? Well it’s in your hands and you look at it for maybe a couple of hours every day for maybe a couple of years, so yeah I’d say that’s important. Think about it.
Fast? The Nexus is fast? Faster that an iPhone? How? You mean it doesn't stutter like old Android phones. That's good. So it’s like the iPhone now, almost.
All I'm asking here is, how its scores 9.5 and the iPhone 4S only scores 8.5. Why? How is it better? Cheaper? Maybe, no not really. Not here in the UK, comparing the 32GB models, there’s no real difference in price.
If adolescent nerdy types really want to rave about this “superphone” go ahead, but reviewers should be a little more objective, take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
Which is the best phone? Open to debate. I know which one I’d pick given the choice, even if it only scores 8.5.

9.5/10 when it was on ICS! Wow.. I think this is gonna get 9.9/10 running Jelly Bean :D

P.S. 0.1 is deducted for "Just Fine" Camera.. But i think next nexus is gonna kill all iOS fans in all terms.. Software, camera, processor, gpu, screen....you name it.. Excited :)
