Samsung ATIV Odyssey Review

0. phoneArena 28 Jan 2013, 05:42 posted on

Yes folks, the Samsung ATIV Odyssey has finally arrived, which is interestingly enough the first Verizon bound Windows Phone 8 smartphone from Samsung to feature 4G LTE connectivity. Frankly, it’s not a pencil pusher in any way with its specs sheet, but at $49.99 with a 2-year contract, some might be tempted to check out what Sammy has to offer in this front – then again, it’s facing stiff competition from Nokia’s recent offering...

Basically, it's boring and bland and Samsung didn't even TRY to include anything to make the phone standout. Sorry Sammy, you can't skin WP8 to be different. You have to bring it with the hardware and software.

No reason to pick this over the 822. None.

Just do not understand. The actual ATIV S would have given a serious WP line up on Big Red. The 4.8" screen, expandable memory, the removable battery would be great selling points and something that no US carrier has to offer as far as WP 8 devices go.

This? Non-started.

Why compare to the Marauder and Lucid..? Shouldn't they compare to the HTC 8X and Nokia 920..?
