Nokia N95 8GB Review
Share:
N95 8GB uses Symbian 9.2 OS with S60 3rd edition feature pack 1, which is the same software version, used in the original. The variation here is the possibility to change the view of the icons in the main menu and the opportunity to set it in animated mode.
Phonebook, Organizer, & Messaging:
The Phonebook and Messaging menus have not been changed, only the Organizer has the additional function Share Online, which allows you to share your pictures or to write in a blog system via the websites Flickr and VOX.

The review is lacking information about the GPS functionality ... BTW: I seem to have full GPS navigation on my phone... Am I using a trial version or .. ? I don't think this is free?

I think that Nokia N95 8GB is the best mobile phone i have ever seen. Its technical characteristics are more then impressive. But one thing borders me, its to high price. It could be a little lower, but everything else is just fascinating.

The rating for this review is so illogical. Why is the improved battery amongst other things rated 6.25 when the original n95 with a worse battery was rated 9.5? This illogical trend is demonstrated throughout the whole rating system. Even though I know this is late, it should've also been updated to account for the NAM model having US 3G. Overall there is no way the original n95 could be rated at 9.5, and the upgraded 8GB edition be rated at 8.5. Perhaps the reviewer here is simply incompetent.
