When LG first introduced the VX8000 flip phone nearly five years ago, it was an immediate success for Verizon due to the dual color displays, 1.3MP CCD camera, stereo speakers, excellent call quality, and overall good looks. Since then, the line has continued to evolve with the VX8100, the ever-popular VX8300, VX8350, and last year’s VX8360. Now comes the latest iteration, the LG Clout VX8370. Naturally ...

Thanks, it is helpful, giving me some small hope. When I wrote that I couldn't find it anywhere, I didn't include a few seemingly sketchy vendors that incorrectly listed the Clout as requiring a data plan (it doesn't), or having wrong features (like a 1.3 camera, instead of the actual 2.0), or charge $300 (it should be free with a two-year contract). Do you mind telling how much you paid? If it was through eBay, I assume it was a lot more than $30. It did check all the privately owned Verizon stores in my area (Boston) and they used to have it in the fall (for free with contract) but can't get it anymore. Again, thanks.

I have a Clout for sale. I had a very hard time getting it. Just about impossible to find.
I've used it 1 month, but don't need all the features, so will go back to my old phone.
I bought it without a contract which was very expensive but I'd heard such good things about it, that I bought it, despite the cost.
If anyone is interested, I'd love to sell it.
I've never done this before, so don't know how we get in touch.

The Clout is possibly the WORST phone my wife and I have ever had! Period. We constantly miss calls because of not ever hearing a ring. Often we will hear the brief beep noting that there is a missed call without having heard a ring, and this while sitting a couple feet away. Calls are constantly dropped and/or of poor quality. And there are times when my own Clout will go from a FULL CHARGE to deader than a doornail in barely 24 hours without even being used for a single call. (And I DON'T use the Bluetooth feature at all). Other times, a full charge will last for days. Verizon is uninterested in helping because they are still pretty new to us.
