I purchase a HP Mini 311-1037NR on 9/15/10.Every night when I turn it off it goes inWidow error..I have contract HP tech thing got worse the tech had me to take my laptop to the store so I could get my internet service back.They tell me I needed to buy a dvd burner to backup my files which cost $72. Tell told me nothing was wrong with the computer that it was normal for the computer to crush offer. At Verizon find out I just needed a thing that cost $10 to backup files. I take over a hour to get the computer backup it is slow reloading back the information and setting.
