Dell Streak 7 Review

Even though they’re still trying to secure carrier partnerships for their products, Dell is no stranger in the Android space especially when it caught us by surprise with the original Dell Streak. Sharing some similarities with its 5” sibling, the Dell Streak 7 is fully committing itself into the tablet realm, but does it stand a chance against the competition?...

After owning the Dell Streak 5, the 7 seems to have carried over all of the same mistakes.
If only it had a 1024x600 screen, I would consider it. But then, the Xoom is a mere $100 more (for wifi) so ths is probably where my money will go - although 7" is a better size for me, and the Xoom's 10.1" screen is overly cumbersome.
Maybe the "yet to be released" Samsung Tab II - 7", 8.9" and 10" tabs will do better??

bah, buy it for the hardware and find a rom off XDA for it.
I just keep wondering why they are reviewing this tablet NOW since its been out for probably 3 months. When it launched, its only competition was the Galaxy Tab. Kind of unfair to classify it against the Xoom, which is in the "premium" tablet category, when this guy clearly isnt ment for that.

LOL @ Dell.
Who will buy a tablet without reasonable battery? Did they accidentally into tablet?

why is it that if the phone isnt dual core, the cons say it is "not future proof", now its that dual core, it says "Non-optimized core Android apps"
