This phone was pulled from the shelves and you're just now getting around to reviewing it?

i work for the warranty dept and yeah these phones are nothing but junk, they are being pulled because of the charger issue and the touch screen is non responsive, i have reaplced at least 100 of these phones for people over the phone. what they are doing now is changing the make and model of the phone to a samsung Propel or a Pantech matrix.. lol..

I'm a warranty guy as well. Shit phone. Also overheats. Its too bad because it was a pretty cool looking phone, very nice competitor to the sidekick. I hope they revamp the phone and get a working one out there.

I'm glad I returned this phone the first day I bought it! I love my Nokia E71 way better.

I bought 2 quickfires in Decemember of 2008. My son's phone immediately gave us trouble with the touch screen. Now neither phone will charge, the screens work half the time and now my alarm won't work. I took the phones to our local at & t office for service, and naturally we were routed to a phone number with regard to the warranty. Now I'm jumping through hoops just trying to get new phones. I think with this many complaints the company should be more willing to help their customers. I can assure you, I will not be a customer for long.
