Verizon Wireless Casio G'zOne Commando question

At my place of business we recently bought one of the employees a Verizon Wireless Casio G'zOne Commando. We really like the phone, but the employee needs to go into places where the wireless signal isn't great, however they must also be able to remain mobile so we can't install a large device to strengthen the signal in the area.

Is there an attachable antenna, or device that we could attach to this employee's phone in order to strengthen the phone's signal?
