Unlock Droid DNA SMS problem

Does anyone have problem sending out sms using thier unlock droid DNA? Im using an asia network carrier, i can receive calls, make outgoing calls, receive sms and surf the internet but im having problems sending sms out. The error i encounter is :
code: 95
error class : 3

can someone help me with this issue?
