tower # 3PECAH in Summerville/knightsville, South Carolina, has been having problems for over five months, with my, phone calls, chat on sprint.com, email, etc... has only place a bad taste with a company that I have been doing business with for nine years, and I have never had a problem with service until this area. When making a call "network busy", dropped calls, and calls that go to voicemail. It is hard to keep a small business as myself as an artist/craftsman, up but to have problems with your phone carrier is way off line. I just do not understand why it is taking so long to correct a problem with a tower. I wanted to upgrade to a new phone and with a card for my laptop, but with this important problem, I do not know. At least my contract has ended. Just a problem with a tower.
