My Incognito got Wet

I was Walking Along a Lakeside And Fell In. I got My Phone Working again with the Rice bag and I let it sit In The Sun, But It wont Let me Hear calls Unless its On Speaker And It Wont Let Me Play Music, well Hear it. Can I fix this Because I Love My Music. But I dont get it How I can hear on speaker but the Same speaker Wont Let me hear Music.
