Mine contained all 4, but it depends on carrier - in the UK at least, (I'm with O2) and i use mine on a daily basis, makes things a lot smoother and easier when going to work, school, car etc

I see a unboxing video on YouTube it is from UK there got 4NFC. 1smart headset 1hdmi and 1screen protector didn't got a car charger , xperia p also got the same thing as my xperia s and I am from Malaysia, sorry for my bad English :-/
