xperia ray having phone mobile network problem

Its been just 3 days i bought this mobile, i like its all function but now i'm having problem with this mobile in network.i have switched my network mode in GSM and if somebody is calling me its saying its busy...but frm my side the out going calls are ok but the problem is incoming calls,when who ever wants to call my number its giving a bg tone but my mobile is not receiving incoming calls specially international calls....could u please help me to sort this problem....

Hi,

Myself got a xperia ray and facing same issue. I bought the phone 3 months back and most of the days it was in the hands of dealer whom sold the handset to me in the name of service point.

The network was not stable and also at time when i receive a incoming call it says user busy or not reachable.
