filming speeds

the x10 is said to have a great resolution of 1280/720 at 30 frames per second (fps). I've done a lot of recording at this resolution, thinking i was getting the greatest results, however it was recorded at 14 fps. Less than half the speed. The ccamera was crap to say the very least. The camera in the k790 was 100x better than this high end phone. i am severely disappointed.
