Good 8

Sony Ericsson W610i, simply rocks

I'm here to write a small review on my W610i, this may be useful
for new buyers who are looking for reviews.This website pretty useful for
analysing and to get fairsome opinion to draw an early conclusion.

 

SE W610i has both pros and cons, being the lauch year was 2007, now it is
not find in many store locations, the best buy would be in between Inr.7500 to
8500 depends on the availability

Pros:

The Walkman Seriers comes with 2mp, browsing enable, A2DP Streo Bluetooth. -
2 MP camera with autofocus (+++), flash, picture mode, panaroma, and
many- mp3 player (+++), Video Player- sound quality:
loudspeaker (+++), w/ dedicated headset (+++)- memory storage (++)
(hope i could find a 4GB or 8GB card here)- design (+), Flight mode
(+++)- radio (+++), RSS (+++) Blog, FM with RDS (+++)-
price (+++)- signal (+++)- USB (+) D-Keys (+++), Dedicated
keys functions(+++)- infrared (++)- durability (+++?) i
dropped this 5 times already...no hangs/ problems as of this time..LOL

Cons:

- No 3G, Convertor, Google Maps, Office Document, 512 MB, Battery drain
upon usage, still able to give upto 7 Hrs

 

Perhaps, this is best phone for its price range and simply ahead to any
Nokia 6300, 5130, 7120. My rating would be 8.75/10

Pros

• Dedicated walkman, picture & audio clarity, speakers, flash, RSS, Flightmode, Games, D-keys, Infrared, Stereo Bluetooth A2DP, Pictbridge, FM with RDS, Mega Bass, Picture Blogging

Cons

• 3G, Google Mpas, Office Document, 512 MB flash card

Good 6.6

not bad

this phone is pretty average; average camera, average color, average internet. what really stands out though is it's light weight, small size, and not so good resolution. although it isn't bad for its price.

Awesome Little Phone

This is my favorite cell phone I have ever owned. We are a family of 5 and have gone through many, many, many cell phones and this one by far has been my favorite. The battery lasts for days and days and the signal strength is outstanding - in a carload of 4 to 5 different cell phones my phone always has the best signal strength out of all of them and we live in a rural community near mountain passes and rivers. I love all the features - it has so many shortcuts and helpful little tricks that make using the phone extremely quick and easy. Texting is simple, alarm clock works so well I never use another alarm clock, call quality is so clear on both ends, I have never had a dropped call and I have owned this phone for over 1 year now. I have been looking at new phones just cause I like to upgrade frequently but I don't really want to let this phone go so so far I am holding on to it. I researched this phone for months before I purchased it but I encourage you to purchase this phone if you are considering it.

i am very pleased with its sound quality
the camera is very good (after updating to rb6c002)
and before it it was only good in lighted places
its very good 4 its price

and it really combines sound and imaging

Best Buy!

i just bought this phone last month...and until now...i'm still looking for more upgrades with a phone's specs...(though this phone already have most of the features a cell phone needs...)

REL BAD

dis fone is d best fone ive eva owned in my life. it has everything i cud want...bluetooth, infered, mp3, videp, camera, radio & much more. im still learnin new things about dis fone evryday & lovin every minute of it...bt even doe i love dis fone so much there r a couple cons 2 it. d numbs r really small & d camera isnt as clean at nite bt besides dat its a great fone 2 own. trust me. u wont regret eva buyin 1.

Realy good phone!

Superb sound quality, good headphones coming boxed with the phone, that don’t cry out for a replacement, and ability to plug in own earphones – as a music-focused handset Sony Ericsson W610i is one of the market’s best offerings, sound quality and battery life say some heavy words in favor of this. Great radio with RDS.
I have the black & orange (Plush Orange) one - the better color IMHO.

All you could ever want!

I have had this phone for around one week now i did a lot of research before purchasing this phone. I am very pleased with my descision.

Before purchasing this phone there were some things that worried me but those worries have been erased.

As for the keypad it is fine the buttons are very sturdy and well spaced out for comfortable texting if you have regular sized hands you'll be fine. This phone was designed by Sony to be used for texting i don't it would be released if the keypad wasn't great.

The radio works perfectly, the headphones are great and the phone has a 3.5mm adapter in the pack ready to use your headphones if you wish.

As for memory only 2gb M2 are currently common and therefore are currently considered the maximum storage capacity for this phone however if you look on ebay 4gb even 8gb M2 cards are available and 100% compatable with this phone you can get pro duo adapters as well for use with other devices such as the sony psp.

I hope Iv'e answered most of your concerns. Go out and buy it!

My dream music mobile

Hi,

Last 2 days before i have purchased this mobile. Really this features are very good. really i am enjoying with this. The great feature is performance. Sound quality is very purity. no ear pain also. i highly recommend to music lovers.

A Real Music Phone

I've bought this phone for about 2 weeks, the advantages are:
1. Walkman automatically turns off after the songs in the playlist have all played
2. The battery lasts up to 3 days for full user (walkman every night,musicDJ,videoDJ,SMS,call,browsing,games,settings)
3. The keypad is good enough
4. Awesome display
5. Perfect sound quality in HPM70
6. Video recording is smooth enough
7. Landscape mode in browsing
8. Superior made casing
9. Complete package
10. Signal strength is always full in my room, but S75 can't be full always, also for 6233
11. Shared memory 72MB (1000 messages is OK)

Disadvantages :
1.Yellowish camera
2. Shutter is not good enough
3. Missing of lens cover
4. Speaker is not soft,only loud
5. Slow response when type SMS

That's all, and it's superb

W610 rocks

I love this phone, I can listen to all my music, take pictures and talk on the phone. It was so easy to load my music with the disc supplied. I would reccomend this phone to anyone who wanted to carry one device to do it all.......

this is a cool cell frm S.E. there is everything one wants. the back of the set is so cute & the music is the best. the megabass is another cool feature. the music is loud & the ear phones are great. this fone is highly recommended for music lovers..
