Silent Mode

How do you get this phone off of *Silent Mode*? Give exact directions please on how to do so.

I had this problem too i dropped my phone and it went on *silent mode* and i found the answer on the keyboard under the letter A there is the Fn key push it down till it turns off silent mode. If you look close you will see it has the same pic as it did on your screen
