Samsung Rugby Smart is making its entrance on AT&T and it’s every bit as exciting for lovers of tough gadgets. It is a ruggedized handset and it’s also waterproof, but don’t go scuba diving with it - it will only survive 30 minutes of being submerged not deeper than in 3.3 feet (1 meter) of water.
