HOw much RAm does this have?

I'm trying to decide do I go with this phone for the Atrix.

They seem really close expect that the Atrix seems a little more beefier.

Why no dual core?

Quad core phones are almost out, why only a 1.2G single core? That's like putting a celeron in a computer with 12GB of RAM and a GTX 590.
