lots of problems with phone my son gave it to me from someone else phone was glitching a lot out of control most of time so i got really pissed with this and put DAMM phone in frezzer and forgot and went to bed next day took phone out and my first thought was phone was history but it only gets better phone is working 100% better no more problems as of yet so try this frezzer trick it worked for me
