Question about battery life

Ok, I have my options narrowed down to the next iPhone the new Razr Maxx or the S3 on Verizon. But I have a huge concern and Google has not been really helpful in finding the answer. So my question is...

Can someone give me a realistic estimate on 4G LTE battery life on Verizon? I mean like from you actually testing and using it with moderate to heavy use, I text all the time and use internet quite a bit too.

I got 19 hours out of the Samsung Galaxy SIII on moderate to heavy usage.
