16 gb or 32gb

Can someone tell me if getting 16gb or 32 gb really matters as far as phone's performance goes. I know it means more available storage, but as far as performance - does it make a difference?

No, it wouldn't make a difference in terms of performance, just storage space. Also, since the Galaxy S III has a MicroSD card slot, you can get a 32 or 64GB MicroSD card and expand your storage that way. I'd get the 16GB version of the phone and save a little money. :-)
