How to receive mms?

who can tell me how to receive mms?i already untick the Auto-sync and tick the data roaming,but still can't get the mms...

I have the Samsung Galaxy Ace and also have the same problem. I am on O2 network in the UK. I enable background data, auto sync, switched on wifi etc, yet the mms still says 'downloading' by it, yet I can not view it. Any advice or suggestions would be very much appreciated, thank you.
