The Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 fits into the mid-range category - a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 4" 480x800 pixels display, 5 MP camera with LED flash on the back, plus a VGA camera up front, 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal memory plus a microSD slot. The good news is the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with Samsung’s own TouchWiz interface and apps suite on top.
