Maybe October 2011.
The successor to the Nexus S is reported to be the Nexus Prime, also described as the Nexus 3 or Nexus 4G, again to be manufactured by Samsung, and to be launched in October 2011 as a direct competitor to the fifth version of the iPhone. It is likely to be the first device to run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), and is expected to feature a 4.5-inch 1280x720 Super AMOLED HD display using PenTile technology, a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 1 MP front and 5 MP rear cameras, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and NFC.
first device to run Android 4.0? awesome.
