Ringtone

Ringtone change to my preferred music but every time someone called me there is a ring tone or music playing not mine and I cannot figure it out where it came from and the ringtone I set is not working at all but in the setting it is the one save as my ringtone preference. Anyone knows how to fix this? Help please

I'm not sure if this going to fix the problem, just try to copy the music file to the phone internal memory, or maybe it is not supported format, try to convert it to mp3, or maybe the file's name is not written in english, or has space on it, try to rename it. also, try different file.
