Is Marketplace available for India region?

Hi,

I'm not able to see youtube video in my Samsung Focus. While playing any video is asking for any video play and connecting with Marketplace for video player.
But never got connected with marketplace. Everytime getting error message :
Marketplace is not available for your country/Region.
Please help me out.
