how do i get the phone to not tell me name of person calling before it rings

Hopefully someone has been able to answer your question by now, but just in case...you should be able to change that in the ring tone section. it sounds like it is set to caller identity or something like that and you need to change it to just a ring tone. Hope this is helpful.
