The App store feature - backup on Mac?

I know this is a strange question, but I am a Mac user and would like to buy the Palm Pre 2. The question I have, Is there an App Store interface that I can download to my Mac that makes it easier to organize and sync information with the Palm App Store?

Secondly, is there such an interface with Windows?

Thirdly, with all the people who are using Apps, do you have any complaints against useful apps like calendar, email, etc? Limitations of storage, etc? Opening PDF attachments via email?
