this is the worst phone i've ever had. I notice most comments on here are dated to about Aug of 2009 which is when I first purchased mine. I'm waiting on my second replacement, the first one shipped was broken on arrival. It was engineered and built so poorly that it I don't understand how Motorola with even a modicum of respect for quality control would have released it. In principle it could be a great phone, it's features as claimed would give a user a reasonable amount of mobile performance for not a huge price tag. Unfortunately to keep the price-tag relatively low, Motorola went cheap and under-engineered the guts of the phone. It's a lot like putting a lawnmower engine into a sports car. The car might look nice, shiny with lots of chrome and leather, a great stereo and even a nitrous option, but when you try to drive the thing you can't because it's severely underpowered and is incapable of being used as a sports car. Nitrous or no nitrous (keyboard or no keyboard) if the engine is all of half of one horsepower you're not going to be able to go very fast if you're able to go anywhere at all.
