This is a phone which has great build quality compared to some other mid-range devices, a decent sized screen which is easy to use and is fast and responsive. The intel processor copes really well with everything and it all works really quickly and smoothly, which is good considering this could be the start of more intel based phones. Another great thing is that Motorola have barely changed the OS, which for me automatically puts it high up in terms of choice. Call quality and other daily things are all great too, good phone.

Probably the best of its range

This phone is excellent: fast processor even if its mono-core one, camera is decent and fast, battery life is very good, light weight etc.
The GPS fix is very fast, accurate and does not consumes a lot of battery. It even works indoor, but accuracy is then far from being good, which is totally normal. That's a really good point for me, I massively use the GPS for my sport trainings.
I like the fact that I can easily use with just one hand.Build quality 9/10Reception 9/10Call quality 10/10Internet 9/10Multimedia 9/10Camera 9/10UI speed 9/10Everyday usage 9/10Text input 9/10Display 9/10Battery 10/10Pros
- Small dimensions
- Edge to edge screen
- Battery life
- MicroSD expansion slot
- Build quality
- Audio quality, both during calls and in multimedia applications
- Fast camera, hardware button
- Updated to Jelly Bean (4.1.2)
Cons
- Limited to 21Mbit/s, no LTE nor 42Mbit/s
- Non-removable battery
- Stock headphones are not good (as usual with smartphones...)

A great smartphone that could have been the greatest!

A great phone overall, intel chip is outstanding. Lacks infrared, though and some android apps cannot be run due to chip architechture (the price one pays for new approaches). It is beautifully designed and quality built. It works smoothly. It is way better than most samsung's droids, in special because it has the construction quality samsungs lack. Motorola this time did not tweak the OS too much, thank God, as they do not know how to do it properly. Should Moto put an infrared connection into it (for remote control apps) it would have been the greatest android phone on the market right now.

- Everything!
Cons
- Not all android apps work due to Intel chip.
- No IR connection

This phone feels good in hand and is of a good weight. Fast with great reception. Worth buying. I was skeptical at first, but this has been one of my smarter purchases. This thing is faster than my toshiba thrive.

- Fast (does not get bogged down under heavy use and a lot of open apps)
- Small size
- Bright HD quality screen
- Solid. Does not feel like it was cheap built
- Camera quality is great
- No lagging
Cons
- The keyboard could have been made differently (fixed by downloading a new app)
- Comes standard with only 8GB of memory with no option of 16GB - is SD expandable though
