Smartphones with the best reception?

In the now present future phones are always getting better, but thous outdated are still gems of there time (making them still valuable). with that said, phones of the past are still good. I use a HTC evo 4G and i enjoy it.

In my research i have found the motorola photon to be what i am looking for.
I live in the central Wisconsin area and my question is though. What is the best sprint android phone that gets the best reception and has is still a good phone at the same time?
