Never had a problem with mine, so I was kind of sorry when I upgraded. I give it a "10".

I love love love the LG Voyager. At the one year mark of owning it, I was ready to throw it out the window when it started to crash every time I accessed the Web browser. As soon as Verizon advised me to get the software upgrade downloaded to my phone, it's been behaving ever since. I'm due for an upgrade but there is no clamshell-type phone with the touch-screen on the external window, and real live touchable QUERTY buttons. I hate touch-screen QUERTYs. The absolute worst! And I love how the Voyager resembled a mini-laptop. The best-shaped phone for me. I hate these sliders. They don't sit up like my Voyager and I guess I'll just have to keep waiting until someone gets it right. . . . .
