There is an icon on my home screen. (Receiver over a box with dots in it) What is it and how can I removed this icon?

I have the same icon. I have no clue what it is or how to get rid of it!!!! Someone help. It is bugging the crap out of me!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you mean the arrow?
If so, it has mini apps all you have to do is 'click' it per say
