this phone is great....at first but once you get into the three months of usage it sux. the vibrate stops working the touch gets crappy no matter how many time u calibrate it and it may be great looking but it is not great working..

I completely agree with "mad." This phone breaks down within 6 months. You have to remove and reinstall the battery to reboot it all day long. You will miss phone calls and text messages. AT and T should not be selling this phone. We are locked into a contract and having to go through the excruciatingly slow and ineffective warranty/replacement process.
Save yourself grief and don't get this phone.
