The Pantech Impact P7000 is a side-opening clamshell, sporting a full QWERTY keyboard and an external OLED display. While closed, it can be used for simple tasks such as dialing a phone number with the touch-sensitive numeric keypad.

Technology

GSM:
GSM - Global System for Mobile communications. A world standard for digital cellular communications using narrowband TDMA (Time Division Multiple Access), which allows up to eight calls at a time on 800 MHz and 1800 MHz frequencies.
