HTC Touch Dual - absolute garbage
Keep away from the Touch Dual at all costs. It may be function rich but the touch screen fails and requires expensive repairs. A buddy had an HTC and the screen failed within 8 months - mine stopped working 1 month outside of warranty. HTC refused to repair it in good faith even though they admitted that the screen should not require replacement within 13 months of purchase. I will never but another HTC product - their quality and customer service are total garbage

- Function rich especially the Mobile Windows features
Cons
- Poor quality - Touch screen needs repairs within 8 - 12 months
- Very poor customer service
