Is HTC Titan has Antenna and Voice Quality Problems?

Here is "14 Have it" and "5 Had it" HTC Titan smartphone users.

My question is,
Are you facing any problems with antenna and voice quality?

They sold a scrap to us, feeling very bad. How can some reputed company release a phone without proper testing. The main functionality itself is not working.

My phone shows signal strength of 1 bar, whereas the old Nokia and Samsung displays 5. How can I use this scrap after paying $300 and unlocking?

I attached external antenna too to the nodes, there is a slight improvement but not satisfactory. A dumb phone.
