Business phone recommendation?

Hello. At my work I'm considering a Mobile switchboard, there will be many sales people who will be answering customers, and management-production that will be using the phones to talk to partners, etc..

We use mail in the mobiles too.

Can you recommend some 2-3 models of phones that we can use? My criteria are:
1: Great sound quality
2: Availability of good accessories (Headset, Docking station)
3: good battery time
4: Solid build.
5: Ability to connect via WiFi to synchronise the email.

Android is preferred, but I'm open to any suggestions.
